Maricopa Care Advantage is a Coordinated Care Plan with a Medicare contract and a contract with the Arizona Medicaid program.
We are a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan available to individuals who are entitled to Medicare Part A, enrolled in Medicare Part B and AHCCCS (State Medicaid program) and live in the service area of Maricopa in Arizona.
